Why Milan mixer
2025 asked more from us; and we rose to meet it!
Shifting political winds, economic pressures, and uncertainty for families across our community - through all of it, IACS quietly and consistently showed up. We broke ground on the renovation of our newly acquired Kent Community Center. We launched Connections for Special Needs Youth & Young Adults with ARC of King County. We also introduced Immigration Support & Deportation Defense Legal Services.
The Milan Mixer is our biennial event where community gathers in support of our mission, giving us an opportunity to connect and share, as we grow and strive to offer more.

What impact does my ticket make?
Milan Mixer is more than an evening out — it is an opportunity to invest in programs and initiatives that strengthen and uplift our community. Your participation directly supports this work. 100% of your contribution will go towards the program.
Can I request an employer match?
Is there a tax-deductible portion of my ticket?
Of the $500 ticket, approximately $200 represents the value of the event experience, with the remaining $300 supporting our community impact initiatives. Depending on your employer's matching program and tax application, the charitable portion may be eligible for a corporate match. Please check with your employer for eligibility and submission details.

What is the dress code?
Milan Mixer is an elevated evening experience. Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail, festive, or evening attire.

Will there be opportunities to contribute during the event?
Yes, guests will have optional opportunities throughout the evening to further support the mission and impact of Milan Mixer.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Tickets are non-refundable; however, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in advance.
