Vendor Agreement- Please read Carefully(Required) I agree to the privacy policy.NON-REFUNDABLE VENDOR FEE: $200.00 –Each Vendor Booth Space is 10’x10′, so please plan accordingly. — Vendor is responsible for set-up and tear down of Booth. All tents to be weighed down by sandbag/ concrete / water bags, or other appropriate weights. Absolutely NO stakes. –Tent has to be NFPA-701 Certified (Bellevue Fire Department’s rule). –Please stay within the booth space and avoid walkways. –Onsite inspection by fire department will be conducted –Tablecloths, banners, holders, advertising material, and all other display materials to be brought by Vendor. –There are no power outlets in the location. If you do not select at the time of payment, we cannot provide you with an electrical outlet on June 20th. –Plan to arrive at the venue by 1:00 pm to give ample time for set up. –Special accommodations are at the discretion of the IACS small business team. Please contact our team in advance. CONDITIONS –Event no-shows will not be refunded. –Vendors may not solicit funds or donations at the event. –IACS will not be responsible to “man” vendor booths. Please ensure that you have adequate personnel for your booth. –IACS reserves the right to remove any vendor on grounds of misconduct in decent and in appropriate behavior. –IACS is not responsible for the sale of goods OR for any lost or stolen items. Waiver of Liability: I, the Vendor, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Indian American Community Services (IACS) and all of their employees, agents, representatives and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, legal expenses, and penalties arising out of (i) any third party claims concerning alleged defective products or merchandise manufactured, distributed, provided and/or sold by the Vendor; (ii) any act or omission of act of the Vendor, its employees, and agents. I acknowledge that failure to comply with the rules may jeopardize any participation in future events. IACS may use promotional materials, and/or photographs and videos for promoting the event.
