IACS Camp Bharat 2026 – Registration
Camp Bharat Registration is scheduled for Saturday, May 16th from 9:00am-12:00pm.
Camp Bharat 2026 is at Fort Worden, Port Townsend.
Due to limited space at camp, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and is for Washington State Residents only.
Camp Bharat dates: Aug 11th-15th, 2026 (Tuesday- Saturday)
Ages: Camp is for 9–16 year-olds (exception only for program kids who are 17 year-old)

Camp Location: ·. Please note: Drop off/Check-in will be at Bellevue College Parking lot #5 on August 11th- no drop offs allowed directly at camp as all campers will take buses to camp. Pickup/Check-out on August 15th- we will not have buses to bring campers back; parents must pick up their child/children from camp location in Fort Worden, Port Townsend). Camp Bharat Fee: $765
Cancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw your child from Camp Bharat for any reason, you will receive a 75% refund by June 10th and 50% refund by June 30th. If informed on July 1st or later, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
IACS provides need-based scholarships for camp fees. Please contact the Camp Director at ylpcoordinator@iaww.org for scholarship information.
Camp Pre-requisite : There will be mandatory in-person Youth Safety Workshop for high schoolers (including those entering high school in fall 2025) on May 31st from 1:45pm-4:00pm. This is a community workshop and at least one parent needs to join with the youth at this event.
