Terms and Conditions : 

• Vendors are responsible for their table cloth, sale items and marketing materials such as banners, products and displays. 
• Please enter correct business name and payee details during payment for tracking.
• Vendor fee  is $100(non-refundable), and vendors cannot solicit funds or donations during the event. 
• IACS is not responsible for managing booths, lost or damaged items, or any transactions between vendors, and buyers. All sales and payments are final and IACS reserves the right to remove vendors for misconduct or inappropriate behaviour.
