DESCRIPTION:IACS Youth Leadership Program announces Camp Bharat 2025 \n (Washington State residents only) \nAugust 11th-15th\, 2025 \n              New Location:  Warm Beach Camp\, Stanwood\, WA \nDROP-OFF/CHECK-IN AND PICK-UP/CHECK-OUT INFORMATION! \nDROP-OFF: Monday\, August 11th\, 12:00pm at Bellevue College Parking Lot# 5 : 3000 Landerholm Circle SE\, Bellevue\, WA 98007. Check-in for YA\, YC\, and YO is at 11:45am. Please refer to Campus map here. Luggage needs to be loaded in buses at 12:30pm. THERE WILL BE NO DROP-OFF ALLOWED AT WARM BEACH CAMP AND NO EARLY PICKUP PRIOR TO FRIDAY FROM CAMP. \nCHECK-IN: You are required to check-in your child at the check-in table and receive his/her luggage tag\, drop off any medications at the medication table. Please drop the luggage off in the designated area. We will have committed volunteers and our Youth Board members helping and guiding this process. \nNO LUNCH: We will not be stopping for lunch. Please ensure your child/children has had a good lunch prior to drop off. Kindly pack a snack (seeds and nut-free)\, and water. We have several severe allergies to seeds and nuts this year\, please do not send anything with your child that contains nuts or seeds (sesame/hemp/flax/pumpkin seeds\, etc). \nMEDICAL INFO: Please drop-off medicines for your child/children at our check-in table with the volunteer collecting medications. Medications need to be in their original container\, clearly labeled\, and placed in a Ziploc bag with the child’s name\, a reason to use them along with instructions. Please do the same for any non-prescription medicine your child needs as well. \nMedicines used only as needed like INHALERS /NEBULIZERS\, EPIPEN should be sent as well if they have known allergies to FOOD / BEE STINGS. Please make sure that the nebulizers and inhalers are in perfect working condition. We will not have time for filling prescriptions for your children at camp. We are requiring campers & volunteers to report all allergies including seasonal since many of the symptoms are overlapping with COVID 19 symptoms. Our Camp doctors will treat all allergies appropriately. Considering overlapping symptoms\, it’s important to know prior medical history even for small things so the camp doctors are aware. \nList of items for Camp: Things to bring to camp\, preferably in medium-size baggage (no large suitcases)\, clearly labeled: (FYI: it is cold in the morning and at night\, do pack warm clothes and it usually gets very warm in the afternoon). \n\nWARM JACKET and/or HEAVY SWEATSHIRTS; Thin Raincoat as well\nOne Indian outfit – REQUIRED*\nOne set of “Y2K” themed clothes-Examples: Baggy clothing\, such as jeans\, cargo pants\, and jerseys. Flannels\, button-ups\, T-shirts with graphic prints\nOne set of old clothes  for the Holi workshop.\nAthletic clothing for sports\nUnderclothes & socks (several extra pairs)\nFlip flops/sandals/summer shoes and Two pairs of walking/comfortable athletic shoes (we will be playing sports)\nShowers have curtains\, if you prefer bring a swimsuit for bathing (we are not going swimming)\nCasual Clothes for 5 days 4 nights\nSmall blanket to wrap-in outside (optional).
