SUMMARY:IACS Camp Bharat 2025 - Registration
DESCRIPTION:Stay tuned for information about Camp Bharat 2026 registration.  For details visit this page on March 5\, 2026.  \n  \nCamp Bharat Registration is scheduled for Saturday\, May 17th from 9:00am-12:00pm.  \nCamp is at a new location this year due to Fort Worden Hospitality closures.  \nDue to limited space at camp\, registration is on a first-come\, first-served basis\, and is for Washington State Residents only.  \nCamp Bharat dates: Aug 11th-15th \nAges: Camp is for 9–16 year-olds (exception only for program kids who are 17 year-old) \nCamp registration link: will open on May 17th at 9:00am: click here for registration link \nCamp Location: Warm Beach Camp\, 20800 Marine Dr\, Stanwood\, WA 98292. Please note: Drop off/Check-in will be at Bellevue College Parking lot #5 on August 11th- no drop offs allowed directly at camp as all campers will take buses to camp. Pickup/Check-out on August 15th- we will not have buses to bring campers back\, parents must pick up their child/children from camp location in Stanwood). Additional Information regarding camp: here \nCamp Bharat Fee: $675 \nCancellation Policy: If you need to withdraw your child from Camp Bharat for any reason\, you will receive a 75% refund by June 10th and 50% refund by June 30th. If informed on July 1st or later\, we will not be able to issue any refunds. \nIACS provides need-based scholarships for camp fees. Please contact the Camp Director at ypdirector@iaww.org for scholarship information. \nCamp Pre-requisite : There will be mandatory in-person Youth Safety Workshop for high schoolers (including those entering high school in fall 2025) on June 1st from 1:45pm-4:00pm. This is a community workshop and at least one parent needs to join with the youth at this event.
